If you want to serve young people, and especially those who are at a disadvantage - those who aren’t yet getting what they deserve - we’d love to hear from you.
We are recruiting for roles in every region at AET and will match successful candidates to schools.

Stage 1 - Initial two-way conversation
After you have registered your interest, you will receive a candidate information pack. If you are eligible to work in the UK and are interested in working in the locations where our schools are based, one of our team will contact you for an initial conversation to discuss what you are looking for and what type of school would suit you. You can expect this call within a few days of submitting the form.
Stage 2 - Discovering AET
Find out more about the roles available with one of our Regional Education Directors. This call will be your time to ask questions about the trust, the regions and our schools. Discovery sessions will take place from 22nd January 2024.
We will send you a link to an online discovery portal and invite you to tell us a little more about yourself and your thinking.
Stage 3- Online Learning
Find out what makes AET different! We will send you a series of short videos about the trust, what we will offer you and how we make an impact across the sector.
Stage 4 - Assessment Centre
This one day session will be held in person. You will be invited to the event closest to you or have the option to attend a different session that works for you.
